Welcome to cookneasy where I blog about easy healthy recipes made from fresh veggies, seafood, and whole grains. I show you step-by-step how you can make them too!
Although the days of working, rushing home, and fixing meals are are behind me, I’m still a busy person. I imagine that you are too. With that in mind, I try to keep things simple. That doesn’t always mean fast, but you won’t find complex procedures here.
The cookneasy tagline is vegetarian, pescatarian, easy — and that’s what you’ll find here. My goal is to post easy healthy recipes that fall into the vegetarian and seafood categories. I do a little baking too and I share some of my favorite recipes for muffins and biscuits.
